Hatha Yoga
A steady, grounding practice that brings you back to yourself.
In our Hatha Yoga classes, you’ll move through classic asanas at a conscious pace, with attention to alignment and breath. The practice helps improve flexibility, build strength, calm the nervous system, and awaken inner awareness.
Perfect for all levels — from beginners to those seeking a deeper connection — this is a practice of returning to balance, both physically and emotionally.
Move with intention. Breathe with purpose. Come home to yourself.

A dynamic and energizing practice designed to awaken your inner fire.
Power Yoga at E-Motion blends the structure of traditional yoga with an athletic, flow-based approach. Expect strength-building sequences, stamina, and a powerful connection between movement and breath.
Ideal for those looking to challenge themselves while staying rooted in mindful movement.
Build resilience. Strengthen your body. Stay present.

Ashtanga Vinyasa
Full Primary Series (1.5 hours)
A deep, structured journey through the body, breath, and discipline of mind.
In this traditional 90-minute class, we follow the full Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, synchronizing breath with a progressive sequence of postures. This method builds endurance, flexibility, and mental focus, and is deeply transformative when practiced consistently.
Led by experienced teachers who honor the lineage of Ashtanga, the class offers a profound opportunity to go inward and connect with your personal practice.
Traditional. Intense. Meditative.

Stretch and Mobility Yoga
A mindful practice combining the wisdom of yoga with targeted stretches and mobility work.
In this class, we use breath-led movement and gentle holds to release tension, increase flexibility, and improve joint health — while staying deeply connected to the body and present moment.
Each session invites you to explore your natural range of motion with curiosity and compassion, nurturing both physical and inner balance.
Suitable for all levels, this practice offers a space to slow down, expand, and reconnect with yourself through yoga.
