Family package
For all family members to enjoy our services with a 10% discount. Simply indicate that you wish to use the “Family Package” when booking two or more packages, and the discount will be applied to your order.
Please review the terms of validity and freezing for each package carefully to prevent any confusion:
- Classes that are not utilized within their period of validity are non-refundable, non-freezable, and non-transferable
- Purchasing a membership does not guarantee you a place in the class unless you reserve your class in advance
- Validity starts from your first attended class not purchase
- One-month packages may be frozen for a maximum of two (2) weeks for either medical or personal reasons, provided that a written notice is submitted at least three days beforehand
Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule your class without incurring any charges, please do so at least six (6) hours before an evening class and twelve (12) hours before a morning class. Private sessions require a notice period of 24 hours. Please be aware that no-shows or cancellations made after the specified time will result in a full charge for the scheduled class.
